When I switch on it shows the Toshiba logo at this point you can press F2 or F12 when the logo go's it shows for 2 seconds a little cursos in the top left of the screen and thats it nothing else happens, I do not know if she got it like this or if it worked as she is away for 2 months.
I am stuck at what I should do next I tried F8 and it went into safe mode screen when I pressed enter for starting in safe mode again it did nothing, any help you can offer would be great.
