I've just had a call from my mother who is distraught that her laptop no longer works
It's not powering up, but when the power button is pressed the Caps light, and 2 lights beneath the F10/F11 keys light up for a few seconds and then go out.
Is anyone familiar with these symptoms? It was working fine previously...
