Every 30 seconds or so the laptop completely freezes up - I can't even move the mouse pointer. The machine remains frozen for perhaps 15-20 seconds.
When this occurs CPU hits 100% - can't see anything in processes which could be using so much resource.
Running XP SP1. Might be worth mentioning Sophos is running.
It's happened to a few 9100s now....
Any suggestions appreciated.
