Has anyone been able to use their Vista Upgrade via www.vistaupgrade.toshiba.com at all?

When I click through the options, I get to the screen where it asks me for my current OS language, but I cannot choose any options? Or continue?

It's been like this for a couple of weeks now, and I cannot find any contact details on the Toshiba UK website.

Has anyone else had these problems?

Don't actually have a Toshiba with a Vista upgrade, but I did try the website out anyways, didn't work for me too. I guess you could always give them a ring? I'm sure they have a phone number you could ring up.

just tried it and its doing the same for me, looks like the site is have a few probs. very slow too.

I've just tried again in both Firefox 2 and IE7. I get as far as the box where I have to choose my current software. The drop down box has no options in it.

Ditto, picking my country as the US asks me to enter the retailer I bought it from, which I can't obviously as I didn't buy it in the US :p

I was told I had to pay £14.14 for P&P. I have an Acer laptop and the website I had to use was http://upgradeweb.moduslink.com after I filled everything in it told me there was an unrecoverable error and to try again later. :(

That link seems to work, but I don't think I can use it as it doesn't list my retailer - and if I pick Toshiba then my model isn't listed (as it's specific to the retailer).
