total media dvbtv usb stick

i purchased one of these the other day from tesco and have installed everything fine however when i try and scan for chanels to set this up i can not get any signal resulting in no chanels found.

can anyone help me please

try a better arial, maybe roof top one

as opposed to the little one you get with it. will need to try and look into that
