Run this for as long as possible, 8 to 24 hours is good. Heats everything up nicely and checks for calculation errors. "Blend" setting if I was you.

corsair 6400 ram 2gig
zalman 7700cu cooler
8800gtx
and the component that sorted the snags i was having the corsair 620 psu

You can just use the print screen key on your keyboard and paste directly into paint. Save the image as a jpeg and host it with imageshack.

i got 157144 on aqua mark default run

I think you need a certain amount of post before you can post pictures, not sure on that one.

There's a print screen button somewhere around F12, scroll lock, etc. Hit that then paste to paint or similar graphics program.

sometimes i have found that prt scr doesnt work, try ctrl+prt scr, or alt+prtscr, then open paint and paste...

Alt + print screen only takea a snap of whichever window is active afaik.
