Totally broken authentication in all MS apps

So, after migrating an OS to a new machine, everything is fine with the predictable exception of infernal Microsoft.

ALL Office apps and Teams are throwing a "Something went wrong [1200]" error the moment they're launched and are totally non-functional.
I've tried binning everything in the credential manager, deleting the Credentials folder and completely uninstalling and re-installing Teams to no avail at all.

Is there any way of COMPLETELY removing all trace of these apps and their authentication and starting afresh or am I resigned to totally reinstalling Windows from scratch?

Nothing needs to be reinstalled per se - I've updated all chipset and relevant drivers and everything seems to be working absolutely fine.

With the exception of ****** Microsoft apps.

The apps are still installed but clearly the move has upset Microsoft's ridiculously over-complicated authentication system and now everything is just throwing this error and I can't clear it.

I just want to bin ALL of Microsoft's credentials/authentication rubbish and start over but it's impossible. For example, even uninstalling and re-installing Teams, binning the Credentials folder and clearing all entries from the Credentials Manager, Teams still remembers my account, tries to log into it automatically and just fails.

Will do when I get a chance, had enough of it right now lol.

If all else fails then I'll nuke it and reinstall from scratch, it's just going to be a nightmare as there so much stuff installed and some of it is very fiddly to get configured just right.

Ok went through the whole process with that app of uninstalling, rebooting and reinstalling.

Then launched Word, which prompted me for my email address and then immediately threw up the same error

I give up, this is just the usual Microsoft garbage. I'll nuke the whole OS and reinstall from scratch when I get a chance. Thanks anyway.

Yeah thanks all, going to bite the bullet and reinstall afresh which is what I normally do, this particular install is such a pain to re-do though and I was being lazy.

Moving from an Intel platform to AMD probably doesn't help either.
