touch not conecting to wi-fi

Iam guessing its something todo with my proxy settings or something but i can't get my touch to conect to the uni wireless setting.

any ideas?

iam sure that i put it to the creat proxy and port settings

nope, still cant connect, altho iam now trying different wireless networks.
