I've been waiting for this laptop for ages and overclockers were one of the first to stock. I purchased it without hesitation but I may have run into some problems.
Ive literally only had the laptop in my hands for only about 2hours and all I've done is follow the on-screen instruction to get windows started and download so software like iTunes.
Firstly, the touch panel above the keyboard does not work on mine (out of box). I don't know if I have to install drivers or software for it to start working. I've looked on the disc and on the MSI website but no mention about the touch panel drivers. I've called MSI and all they tell me is they don't know if it supposed to work or not. Also the touch panel is heavily scratched (out of box) but that shouldnt cause it to not work at all and if it works I'm not really fussed about the scratches.
Because it does not function I means I cannot access the fan, overclocking features or turn off the LEDs.
Please can someone with experience with this system tell me if this is normal.
