Touch Screen Laptop 15"+

Hi People,

I am looking for a new work laptop which i can run various applications on but all work related, Office, VMWare bits and bobs etc. Certainly not worried about graphics and not really worried about sound.

I wondered if anyone has found a laptop that they think is pretty powerful for the money which includes touchscreen and a 15"+ screen.

Help appreciated.

I've recently brought an Asus vivobook, 11.6" with an i3 CPU.
It's a great machine, & I think they do a 14-15" version with an i5 installed.

Might be worth a look.

I have been doing some research myself and just ordered a Dell Inspiron Notebook 3521:

Certainly not the best laptop out there, but I think it will be just fine for my use, with £430, with another £25 to come off assuming cashback works, so thats pretty much spot on your £400 budget.

Having played with Windows 8 a bit I would say it will highly benefit from a touch screen display.

Just an update.. I got my Dell Inspiron 15 yesterday and so far I am very pleased with it.. The laptop itself seems well built and the touchscreen is very smooth.. For £400 I think its value for money..
