Got a LG Viewty KU990 for the missus for about £60. Not bad for the money.

LG Cookie is a new touchscreen phone for 100.
Or if you don't mind using old tech, the LG Viewty is now down to around 100 as well.

The LG Cookie has been replaced several times over... by LG. It's very old, and it's very common. Kinda pointless it being a touchscreen though - it doesn't have any features you would utility with it. No, the 5530 is a better choice i think.
