Touch screen

Im looking for a touch screen display that is free standing and be able to screw a mini-pc to the back via vesta mounting. Easy!

Not quite, I need it to be fairly high grade and splash proof.

Touch screen monitors seem to be relatively rare I know of 3:

-Dell ST2220T: Has an IPS screen, crappy stand and a laser touch screen.
-Acer T231H: Don't know much about it.
-HP 2310ti: Again don't know much

You could just take a monitor of your choice and then put something like this over it.
