Touch Sensitive Light Switches?

Anyone have experience with these? I'm surprised that I'm finding plenty online in black and white touch sensitive glass for anywhere as low as £20 per piece with wireless function too.

Sounds a bit too good to be true...

How reliable are they?

What exactly should I be looking for in LED fittings, LED bulbs and LED switches?

For example, are these any good?

LED Bulb

I don't know what lumen, light spread, fire rated/non-fire rated are needed etc?

As per my electrical plan - I've drawn up 4 to 6 downlights per room and 8 in the kitchen.
