touch up paint

had to get some touch up paint for the mondeo today as it has a couple of nasty stone chips that need touching up.
now on the instuctions it says not to use below 15degrees. any ideas what i can do in this weather.?

its gone to metal so i need to do something asap.
its 2 part, metalic base and then clear top.

or i'll just sit out there with a hairdryer for a day
