Touching up scratches.

I've got some small scratches on my bumper which I managed to scrape on the gatepost reversing the car, what's the best way to cure it? They don't look T-Cuttable.

Best to start off with the least abraisive polish and work your way down to the most abraisive, ie, T-cut or Paint Renovator.

You can get some touch up plate from Halfords, just take a note of the paint code from the VIN plate. If you're not sure get one of the people there to help you out

Will have a look in Halfords. The scratches are actually really small but a couple of spots you can see primer so better safe than sorry.
