I have a cheap Windows tablet which I've upgraded to Windows 10.
It's working fine apart from the touchscreen. I have 'HID compliant touch screen' and 'KMDF HID Minidriver' in Device Manager. The driver was sent to me by the manufacturer.
The touchscreen indeed registers touch, but in the wrong parts of the screen.
It's consistently and repeatably wrong. I touch in one place, the on-screen blob appears in another. It recognises multi touch, but they're all over the place.
I can do the Windows calibration for touch, but that doesn't fix anything.
Does anyone recognise this problem? I see a lot of similar things all over the internet but no solutions! Please help!
