Touchscreen and windows 8

Hi all

Are we going to see a range of new monitors coming out for windows 8 as its going to have good touchcreen compatibility

Doubt it, they already tried to push touchscreen capabilities with Windows 7 (every early promotional video is Windows 7 on a touchscreen monitor). Basically touchscreens just aren't pleasant to work with in the position of our monitors, the touchscreen interface is really intended for Tablets and perhaps notebooks not for normal desktops.
