I'm looking to convert my standard tower system into a SFF PC and wondered if anyone could advise on whether or not the following components look viable.

I intended to continue running my PC as an overclocked games machine and the whole SFF concept will hopefully help me save space and make the system more accessible for cleaning (dust is a major issue in my room).

I currently own:

- Intel Q6600 CPU (looking to OC to around 3GHz)
- nVidia 9800GX2 GFX card
- 8GB OCZ DDR2 RAM
- 2x 750GB Samsung Spinpoint HDs (RAID 0)
- Standard DVD-RW drive

I'd like to purchase:

- Silverstone Sugo SG01B-F case (when it becomes available)
- DFI LanParty JR P45-T2RS Intel P45 mobo
- ThermalTake Blue Orb 2 CPU cooler (or would an all-in water cooling device be better?)
- Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Xtreme Music 7.1 soundcard (I've heard - haha! - the onboard sound on the DFI isn't too good)
- Scythe Kaze Master Ace fan controller
- 3x Arctic Cooling Arctic Fan 8025PWM 80mm fans (quiet, to replace the stock ones)

I'm also thinking about...

- Acousti AcoustiPack Multi-Layered Material Kit - Lite
- Some form of dust filter material to cover the vents

...to sound/dust-proof the whole thing, although I'm concerned this may raise the ambient temp inside the case too much for the cooling system to cope.

So, do any of these choices sound like a bad idea?

Any adviced would be hugely appreciated.
