Seriously cannot understand why MS are even bothering 
but both games are made by MS Game Studios coming to Steam + Games For Windows Marketplace & will use GFWL again obviously.
Cannot see them selling all that well Toy Soldiers is nearly 2 years old now & MS Splosion is almost a year old seems like a waste of time/money to me who is going to pay for them! All I can think is that both games are part of the Windows 8 games apps store launch so coming out early on other Windows OS is just a dummy run for that. Toy Soldiers should be very soon it passed WHQL labs this week & MS Splosion Man is due in the Summer.
