for the last 20 years odd i have had a amp it screwed up and got one of my grandad the same model and now that one is starting to flake out with random malfunctions.

it is that amp and i only use it connected to my pc with coax cables to a 3. something mill jack with my sound blaster z, i only use the 2 front left and right speakers and i have bass turned off all the time although i do listen to hard core some times.

i love the reference sound i get from my beywer dynanics 770dt pro head phones.

what are my options on replacing this amp? preferably something that can also link up to my ps5 with bluetooth for blue rays, do i buy a amp and keep using the 2 stereo speakers i have and ditch the rest i never use or get a whole new hifi?

budget about 180 but can go higher and preferably lower, cd player and radio not needed just the amp and possibly speakers:)

hears specs of my ancient one https://www.manualslib.com/manual/175399/Philips-Fw-P750-22.html?page=29#manual

Id be defo looking at the used market based on you budget, ive got a Sony STR-DN1080 which is the top of the range one in that series, but you could look at the STR-1060 which you should be able to pick up failry cheap.

I run my PC connected to a soundblaster X3 Dac, then an optical cable all the way through to the AVR, about 8 meters of it under the carpet lol, then have my TV connected to the HDMI out on the AVR and everything else plugged into the various HDMI in's on the back, so Sky Box, Mrs PC Etc.
