I'm thinking of buying these on the this week only.

Are they more more reliable than wireless? Worth the money? Is this model / set any good? (reviews look okay)

Thanks :)

I'm thinking of buying these on the this week only.

Are they more more reliable than wireless? Usually, but performance will vary dependent on local conditions

Worth the money? Probably, but a length of Cat5e or Cat6 would be cheaper and faster if there's a sensible way to install it

Is this model / set any good? (reviews look okay) As good as any

The cost of AV500 adapters has dropped to a fairly sensible level, so they're worth considering in place of the AV 200 versions.

Thanks :)

Thanks. If I'm on 8mb broadband, what's the benefit of the 500 model over the 200?

Edit - 500 models are approx double the price!

They're just faster.

For your broadband speed it'd make no difference. If you have plans for a FTTC connection (Virgin Cable, BT Infinity, etc.), or streaming HD video it could matter.
