I need to get a wired connection to both my kids bedrooms , currently using powerlines but Lecky interference is causing problems. So Instead of running cat6 which would be a pain, someone suggested using the DECO S4s.
I know they work off WiFi but from what I can work out they have 2 Ethernet sockets in each unit for wired connections.
My WiFi is pretty decent so I think they'd be ok. But has anyone used them with sky broadband. , I've read that the mini boxes which I have 2 off can be a pain to connect. As they work directly off the sky routers WiFi.
I really don't want to fix one problem and make 2 more. Any advise appreciated. Thanks.
