I've bought 2 pairs of these so I have 4 adaptors. I want to use them to connect 2 Sky boxes and a PC to a router for my parents.

The instructions are a bit unclear about how to set up more than 2 adaptors:

Join an existing Powerline AV Network: Powerline adapter A and Powerline adapter B form a HomeplugAV Network, Powerline adapter C wants
to join this network.

Step 1. Press and hold the Pair button on Powerline adapter C for 3 to 8 seconds.

Step 2. Press and hold the Pair button on Powerline adapter A/B for 3 to 8 seconds. (This step must be taken within 120 seconds after step 1 is finished.)

Step 3. Wait for about 60 seconds while your Powerline adapters are connecting. The Power LED on Powerline adapter A/B and C will stop flashing and become solid light when the connection is made.

At Step 2, does the A/B mean A or B or A and B?

To put it another way, do I need to put all of the adaptors I want on the network into "pair" mode at the same time, or can I just put any one of the existing paired adaptors into pair mode along with the new adaptor I want to add in to the existing network?

If it's the latter, do all the adaptors on the network need to be turned on when new adaptors are added?

Are there any issues with setting up the network in sockets close together then moving them to their final positions?

Thanks.

Plug them all in, they will all pair without user intervention.

If you want to add security, you can do with the TP-Link application but the signal shouldn't penetrate the main fuse board, encryption also reduces the overall throughput.

You can plug additional adapters in at any time and assuming the network isn't secured, they will automatically connect to the powerline network.
