TP-LINK Router and Talktalk

Hello.

Im about to buy a "TP-LINK 300mbps Wireless ADSL2+ Modem Router (TD-W8960N" and im worried it won't work with talktalk internet as hear some routers can be tricky with various ISP's.

Does anyone know if it will work?

It'll work fine, I'm with TalkTalk and I've also used that router. It didn't give me any problems.

Notice much improvement over the standard talktalk router?

I actually get a higher sync rate with the TalkTalk router by about 1Mbps. Can't say I've noticed much difference between the two, although the TP-Link has WiFi antennas and more ethernet ports.
