Just wondered if anyone can help me out with a problem.
I'm with Zen internet and never had a problem, and don't believe it is an error with Zen.
For some reason I cannot access my own website through my TP Link modem. I have checked all the settings, reset the modem to factory and have the latest firmware, but still cannot see it, the browser times out.
If I swap my modem for the one supplied by Zen, then I can access it fine, I can also view it via my mobile phone, so it's not a problem with the site.
Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing this? I've turned off firewalls and antivirus, but no joy!
