So today I received and installed a new network card as my old one was dying. It's a TP-Link WDN4800.

I installed it physically and then ran the driver CD as instructed, however I am only getting 'limited connectivity' on my network. My router is a D-Link DIR 615 as far as I can tell, it was supplied by my ISP; Virgin Media.

I'm unsure how to proceed, there are no troubleshooting steps on the TP website.

I've tried updating drivers, device manager shows the drivers as correctly installed. My network is n standard with WPA2 encryption.

C:\Users\Damis>

I'm using Windows 7 64-bit Ultimate SP1, and I've included my ipconfig information, thanks :)

I've the same card. I wasn't getting a great connection with the stock aerials and the position my PC was in. What kind of signal strength are you getting by using inSSIDer?

I am also using driver version 10.0.0.0.75 from here.

Hiya, I'm getting good signal, 4-5 bars. I'm not sure, I tried updating off of the initial site but no change, I'll try these drivers.

I found the Windows indication of signal strength poor. Using inSSIDer showed me that the connection was dropping regularly so I couldn't connect. Now with new aerial positioning I get a solid signal at ~-60dBm.

I downloaded the driver from that site, however the archive only contains an array of files with no executable, so I'm unsure how to proceed.

If you go through the device manager and choose update driver then it will do it automatically. There's no other software needed.
