I suppose this is case related in a way , if not please move it !!

I’m in the middle of building a 939 system, for er indoors, in a PC7+ (Black of course as silver is the devils work) ;) and I purchased a TR-3 temp/fan controller thingy. Having never fitted one of these before , simple question really , how on earth do you connect this thing up as the instructions are dire ! :(

Where do you connect the temperature sensors , one to the base of the cpu heatsink is about all I could work out !!! Do the other two go near to the board chipset and RAM ?

As for the fans am I missing something ?? I take it I have to unplug the supplied 3 pin connectors from the TR-3 as they terminate in 3 pin female and are for extension purposes ??

Do I plug the 2 120mm case fans and the CPU fan into the TR-3 , or leave the CPU fan plugged into the board (Lanparty Expert) ?

Gonna take ages in cable tidying as well :p

Lovely case the PC-7+ by the way :D

I have the CPU sensor between the fans of the heatsink - don't jam it between the cpu and heatsink as this will damage the sensor. I have one taped to my hard drive and the other taped to my mobo to record case temp. but you can put them anywhere you like really.

Yes and no, it's up to you if you want to plug the CPU fan into it the TR3 or leave it plugged into the motherboard.
