I have bought a 3x2GB Corsair TR3X6G1600C9 memory along with an i7 920 and Asus Rampage 2 Extreme mobo about 2 weeks ago which is mor eor less the same as this: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=BU-030-OE&groupid=43&catid=339&subcat=
I have a problem with the RAM however. The system cold boots on me if I try to play games or try to run 3DMarkVantage (or just resets and reboots without blue screen, and turning off AutoReboot doesnt work) when I use all 3 sticks.
If I use only one stick it can do 3 passes of everything in 3DMarkVantage on max settings without crashing.
Have tried default BIOS settings and XMP profile 1 which has predefined settings for RAM and still same thing.
So I wonder if this would work but can someone give me the exact settings for the memory in this setup: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=BU-030-OE&groupid=43&catid=339&subcat=
If OCUK had it working then it means default values are not good.
