Im experiencing dire pings and mega slow speeds from what i normally get.

Is the delay from the exchange to their backbone at the 2nd hop?

Sorry to thread hijack, but I'm getting very similar behaviour, I think, from BT. Also experiencing awful service lately, high pings and low speeds (intermittently)
