I've just done a spybot check to find I have a tone of tracking cookies. They're annoying. I'm running Spyware Doctor (auto-update), firefox and Spybot yet I still get loads? What gives? Any got any ideaso n how to cut them down?

Trigger said:Download and install CCleaner (google it). Run the program and it will remove all cookies and crap etc. Then download this and do what it says in the readme (I'm sure it was in one of the stickies on here once but i can't find it) file
