Wwell, there are plenty of companies that offer metrics, webtrends for example.
If it's just the one banner, you could probably hook up your own JavaScript click events on it, which then log a click somewhere (how you do the logging will depend on what language you're using).

You can do this with Google Analytics, which is free. However, you will need to attach a tiny piece of code to an onclick on your banner's href link which calls the _trackEvent() method. There's a guide to doing this here: http://techpad.co.uk/content.php?sid=189
