Hi all,

Bit of a nightmare holiday situation. During our transfer through from Singapore to Thailand an item of our luggage got damaged. We needed urgent repair, and parts have been sent from the UK.

We have a tracking number for the parcel, but are keen to know which courier has been used so we can track the parcel and ensure our hotel accepts the delivery.

The tracking number is in the following format

N-NNNNNN

Where N = a number.

I've never seen a tracking format like this, and Internet here is lolslow, so it's not easy to check all the companies.

I've obviously contacted the company shipping the item, but no reply as yet.

Appreciate any help people can offer.

Hehe doh ! (although our local yodel in the uk is actually the best courier we have used)

Frustratingly the track parcel isn't working as whatever postcode I use doesn't produce results.

Never mind, just have to wait and see....

I feel really bad now because I have no idea which courier it is and I was just being a douche :o

tried the last 6 in ups or fedex?

Realistically if it's not gone by one of those (or dhl, which it clearly isn't) you aren't going to see it before you return home anyway.

No joy in any of those. Will see what the company come back with, they made reference to airmail, which made me think Royal Mail or parcelforce, but no joy on their sites

Tried a few other ideas (thinking the - could have been something elsemetc) but no joy anywhere.

Company haven't got back to us yet, but when I called their office, they said last time they sent overseas this far it took 7 working days. Touch and go it will get to us then (dispatched on Monday, we leave first thing on Thursday next week)

I wouldn't care much, but its pivotal to part of our time in Singapore on the way back. Never mind :-(
