Does anyone know a program (free) that will do the above. I know that the task manager will give you 'at a glance' numbers but what I'm doing and looking for is say, when I'm playing a game, I want something that is going to actively monitor these stats in the background and that which I can look at when I'm finished.

GPU-Z does this for GPUs so that I can have that and see the peak frequency, GPU, memory, memory controller and video engine utilisation.

Anyone?

i use cpu-z and occt - both really good - i'd recommend both but there is a lot of software outu ther

i dont know wht mobo you have but as above asus suite 2 is a reallly good bit of software ( tho the temps are 10 dergrees below what everything else records)
