Trade in kits from Apple.

I've had my new watch for a week and its been saying the trade in kit is on its way, but they state I have two weeks to get my older watch back to them. Should the kit have arrived by now?
Nevermind I read it wrong, its 2 weeks 0n arrival of the kit, my bad.

I got my kits on the Saturday, I’ve already returned both my old phone and watch and had the credit refunded to my card, no idea why yours is taking so long.

They arrive by RM through the letter box so chance of it getting lost. Worth contacting Apple to extend the date.
