Trading 360 Premium for elite

Was considering doing this but was wondering firstly how much I can expect off the elite due to the trade in? Secondly what happens with the HDD situation, sell without, transfer data then sell seperately?

Before i get hounded to go to a store and check myself, im in Korea so cant, just looking an approximate
