Looks like my xbox360 is worth bugger all so I'm going to trade it in at the well know store that rips you off for games 
Only ever traded games there in the past, and they were arsey about stuff then - no instructions - no trade in, bundle copy, no barcode, no trade in.
Other than the ID requirements what hoops do I need to jump through to trade my console in? I don't have the time to trek back and forth and their phones are always either engaged or jsut ring and ring.
