It depends on exactly what the problem is. If it's the bearing itself then you need to get the number off the side of it and a decent bearing supply place will sort you out.
If the hub or stub axle is damaged that's another matter, but there are numerous companies (e.g. TrailerTek) that specialise in trailer spares so it will be fixable one way or the other.
If the hubs and stub axles are ok, just pick up 2 x 44643/10 and 2 x 44643L/10 bearings (the numbers should be on the old bearings once you clean the old grease off) and the best part of fitting new bearings.... grease them up real nice
