This forum seems like maybe the best place to ask.
So I've not used e-tickets before with the ole QR code so if you have these, do you need to scan the QR code at a machine in the train station and pick up some physical tickets?
Or do you just show the conductor the QR code when they walk down the aisle?

Also this train ticket I bought is kinda confusing me.
Sheffield to Manchester Airport.

I have 2 QR codes.
They are marked as...
Sheff > Heald Green
and
Heald Green > Airport

Yet the journey planner looks like this...

Suggesting the change is at Manchester Piccadilly.

What do you think?
Do I change at Heald Green or Manchester Piccadilly?

You show the QR code to the conductor.

You change at Manchester Piccadilly and get on the train at platform 13. Stay on that train until Manchester airport

QR code typically means fully paperless journey. Scan in and out of the stations with it, and show it to the conductor if they check on the train.
