anyone got trainers of ebay, are most of them fakes? If you have got any fakes what have they been like?

Very poor for some reason.

I got originals but every pair of them seem to have burst. Got a pair of K-Swiss shoes and they've lasted the test of time.

But if you're there for athletic shoes (for sports) then I wouldn't bother.

I bought some Adidas Superstar 35th Anniversary for £40 and I had a feeling they were fake, as it was too cheap.

I had to compare it with my authentic ones, as they were really good fakes. All the material feels the same, only the sole was the giveaway.

If you can produce a receipt stating the price, and say in your item description that you can do this, it might bode better for people thinking about buying your item...just a thought :)

Oooo, I want. RHCP for the win.

the nike airmaxs are nearly always fakes but if you can get them for around £30 they alright as for me they last as long as the real ones

I recently bought some Air Max trainers from EBay which were advertised as "the real thing".
They were certainly still correctly boxed and tagged and I got them for a good price.
As it turned out they were ever so slightly small for me, so I put them back up for sale.
Sold them for about the same as I paid for them and the buyer didn't complain that they were fakes etc.
It could have course have just been the case that neither myself or the person I sold to really know what we are looking for with regards fakes - but these did seem good quality, so if they were fake they were well made fakes.

So you can stamp on their faces all day long?

I was thinking similar, but with a bit more dog mess. Used to be one of my favourite bands, till they had a go at the crowd at Manchester for daring to boo their rather diabolical support act.

I bought some Addidas Tuscany's from a private seller and got them really cheap (£15 posted i think) and I wasnt bothered if they were fake. Upon arrival they turned out to be real and I was really happy with my purchase :)

I bought a pair of puma speedcats about a year ago on ebay and they turned out to be fake. They looked like the real thing but the sole wore out really quick, only took a couple of months before they were pretty much bald.
