This may be a stupid question, but can you transfer demos to a PS3 by downloading them first on a PC from somewhere? Reason I ask is because we have a download limit at home so I could download them at work rather than from the PSN via the PS3!

No you cant. Im sure your work colleagues wouldnt be too happy if you could.
Given that we download PC demos all the time at work, large ISOs from Technet and all sorts it's no problem at all as we are allowed to do it
But alas I had a feeling Sony would put a stop to it.We have two PS3s with a 1MB connection and a 3gb a month limit! Shocking but that's the countryside for you!! Time to look for a new ISP I reckon.

Your only other option is getting them off ps3 gaming magazines on disk.
