Transfer emails from outlook express

I need to transfer emails from outlook express on a machine running XP to one running Windows 7 with live mail, is there any way to simply import the dbx files into live mail?

Install Live mail on the XP machine, let it import all your data and settings then you can just copy the entire store folder over and be sorted.
