My 64GB Curcial M4 SSD is running out of space. All I have on it is Windows 7, Office 2010 and Battlefield 3!!

I'm going to get a 128GB version and want to transfer an image of my current hard drive onto the new 128GB one. What's the best way of doing this? Is it not recommended as these are SSD drives and not old style mechanical ones?

Also could I RAID my 64GB SSD with the new 128GB SSD? Or am I better off selling the 64GB one?

you can raid them but they will only be 64gb as they need to be the same size ssd

clone your old ssd to your new ssd,use macrium reflect(free) or paragon migrate(paid) or free if you look in the right places

it will make an identical bootable copy of your original ssd

when you clone the drive makesure you tick make use of all available space,or else your new cloned ssd will only be 64gb same as original,if you tick the box it will be 128gb like your new ssd
