Transfer Window 7 beta key

Hi all,

Taken delivery of some new bits today and wanted to explore the Windows 7 avenue. Didn't realise it had become unavailable to download

My mate was faster off the mark and installed it on several of his machines some time ago. Hes now not using it so could I use the same activation key for a fresh install?

Are there any legal shizzles that I would be breaking?

Cheers for the replies and the 64 bit key, looks I have options for my new rig and a wet bank holiday awaits in which to test them.
