Transfer Windows/Office to new HD?

Hi there,

I am upgrading my pc shortly and currently have a copy of Windows 7 and Office 2010. I would like to avoid (if possible) re-purchasing these for my new build.

Is there a way of legally moving them to a new drive. I can't find the original packagaing so I am unaware of my serial numbers for either. Ideally I would like a fresh install of both on new drive but that may not be possible?

Any ideas?

if you remain on windows 7 then magic jellybean used to be able to pull you th actual serial codes for your activation, so you could refresh install and use your original codes
not sure if it still exists, been years since i've needed it
