Transfering HDD TO SSD

Need to transfer windows 8 from my girlfriends laptop from the HDD, which was 20gb, extremely low. To a SSD of 124gb.
What's the easiest way?

Back up her personal files, chuck the SSD in and do a clean install with the Windows 10 TH2 ISO.

You able to link the ISO?

It will automatically pick up the 8 key in the BIOS and will activate as soon as it connects to the internet.

Did not know that...something new I learnt, who knew BIOS contained the key haha
