with my laptop only having 256gb (small for a gaming pc) I'm going to need the internal drive for other things and witth games taking up big chunks of internal disk soace these days and having considered my options, I've decided use an external 2tb SSD drive instead.
Can anybody give me a (numbered) step by step guide onto downloading/transferring to external SSD drive?

Also applies to preinstalled games.

How about replacing the internal drive? Loading stuff off external drives is not fun.

1. I don't have the hands of a surgeon or the gear and the funds.
2. What I should have done was have a few practice runs on my LINX 13*64 using low capacity games. I trust you lot with the help and assurances but I don't trusst myself

What about the steam storage manager?
If My Lenovo series 3 ideapad's supposed to be a gaming laptop, I'd have thought they'd put a bigger internal SSD drive in as 256 gb doesn't leave much room for other things. It's still a good gaming laptop and does what I want it to even if it wasn't the one I wanted and I didn't even have a back up option either).
