Transfering WinXP Install to another Drive

Have recently bought a Seagate 7200.9 SATA to replace my Seagate 7200.7 SATA. I don't want to do a full re-install as I did my last one around a month ago. What's the best software for simply copying the data over so I can then boot from my new drive and scrap the old one?

Norton Ghost could do it, although you would have to buy it. However i have found a free program called drive snapshot that does the same thing but a damn sight quicker and smaller :

Managed to get my fresh windows install into 500MB where as Norton spreads it over 2 CDs.

I use cloning software - Ghost and True Image (Acronis).

Not sure if some (all?) of the Hard Drive manufacurers don't have some sort of "Move" utility on their websites?

I think the ASR facility in NT Backup will also do it too...
