So I am wanting to transfer my ISA via web/email rather than having to download as i dont have a printer and with lockdown i am not sure if its classed as emergency and dont know if an shop will be open.

Can you recommend a bank that allows it? (my own bank doesnt)

Rather than download what exactly, is it the forms you need to fill in to transfer?

If so, just download them and fill them in on your PC, you can use Adobe Reader to 'fill' in a PDF. Then just upload/attach/submit wherever you need to online?

I have my LISA with Moneybox, they are all online based. I transferred from Skipton without having to do anything in person, was all online.

Your not making it particularly clear.

Where are you transferring from and where are you transferring too?

Both providers will need forms completed, some maybe online, some may require a "wet" signature.

Why are you transferring? What's made you want to move it?

(please tell me your not going to buy AMC/GME stock)

ha ha no. i am with lending works and recently that have started adding -ve interest so instead of giving me interest taking interest from me. which i would rather not do.

1. i did enquire with my bank (frst direct) and they said i cant do it online.. hence why i am asking if i could create an isa in anotehr company that would allow online forms.

2. usually you dont need to touch old provider. its the new provider who u provide details to of your old provider.. etc
