Transferring iTunes

Hey,

If I am reinstalling windows on a computer and wish to transfer iTunes over I have an idea but wish to have this clarified:

I have iTunes with the follwong options set:

1.) Let iTunes organise my music: No
2.) Copy all songs to iTunes folder: No

I organise it all myself but do let itunes organise podcasts, purchased content and iphone apps.

Would I just transfer my folder of organised music and the iTunes folder in "My Music"?
