Transferring Photos?

This is probably blindingly obvious, but I cant figure out how to transfer the photos from my iphones Camera Roll folder onto my PC. I have the phone synced up fine with itunes and I can see theres a photo tab at the top when I click on my phone, but when I tried to transfer all it did was copy the photos in my PCs folder onto the phone and not vice versa.

Help please!

If you go into my Computer your iPhone should be there. Check there?

I can get saved photos on my iTouch onto the pc from that

Ok I managed to transfer the photos. But all of them are flipped at a 90 degree angle to the right. What the hell?!

Rotate them then. Just right click on them.
